All of our meats are dry-rubbed and smoked with oak and hickory. Our pork products are sourced from Moody Meats -local, fresh, and authentic. Served dry, with table-side Smokehouse Red and Yellow sauces. Includes cornbread and your choice of one side. Onions and pickles available upon request. Add an extra side for 2.00
