Kevin “KP” Paul was raised in a tough Irish neighborhood in Detroit—where grit, pride, and a damn good pint ran deep. His old man brewed beer for fun, but for KP, it lit a fire. In ’93, he and his wife Lainie—equally obsessed with beer—started chasing a dream: their own brewery, their own corner-pub vibe, built their way. No copying. No corporate crap. They hit breweries across the globe, soaking up every brew style, every technique, every badass detail—from the taps to the damn walls.
